1980 Watsin Enterprise was established by Mr. Paul Lee. Its business scope covers chemical equipments and spare parts supply. 華璋實業公司成立，延續代理原華昌公司經營項目， 如WILFLEY pump 及MARLEY cooling tower。 1981 As Drexelbrook’s level instruments and Isotech’s temperature calibrator were included, Watsin expanded and stepped into industrial instrument sales field. 開始代理美國DREXELBROOK公司之液位計及ISOTECH公司之溫度校正爐。 因各具特色，銷售日漸增加。主要客戶為台塑、台電、中油及中科院。 1985 In addition to our U.S spare parts supply, we had been able to provide services for German and European spare parts as well. 增加另配件進口項目，自德國、美國及歐洲進口，積極供應客戶需求。 1988 With the addition of Begg Cousland of UK and Edwards of USA, environmental protection equipments become major business line since then. 增加代理BEGG COUSLAND公司及美國EDWARDS公司，供應環保產品。 1997 Our head office moved to Kaohsiung city to better serve our customers in petrochemical and iron & steel industries. 為就近服務石化、鋼鐵重工業、公司遷址高雄。北部地區由台北辦事處綜理。 2000 Mr. Paul Lee retired and Watsin Tech Sales was formed under Rick Lee’s management. 華璋公司功成身退，由華商國際延續業務。 2007 Through Steuler’s representative transit, we are encouraged to develop business market In Mainland China. 中國事業順利開展，藉由STEULER公司代理權的轉移，邀請合組台、中、德企業進出口 貿易公司，並以台、中股東第二代命名，訂立長遠經營之目標。 Organization & Policy 組織與政策 We now have 10-12 employees and have offices In Kaohsiung, Taipei, Shanghai and Los Angeles. Functionally, we have two major sales departments serving chemical process equipments and Industrial Instruments respectively. Business covers process Instrument, temperature and pressure calibrators and corrosion and abrasion resistant materials. 公司至今成為專業代哩，有業務部、客服部、會計部門。未來遠景更擴大海外銷售據點(北京、加州) 並分工業儀器及化工設備兩部門，分別銷售。 期許專精於位面量測、溫壓校正。化工方面領域專長於耐磨及防蝕材料、分離裝置及質量熱傳遞。 我們一方面堅持完美品質原則經營；另一方面積極培訓同仁有技術、具國際觀，可共同創造利基。 |
